2023 Combined Benefits in Medicare Advantage - Tracking benefit strategy and options

The 2023 benefit landscape in the Medicare Advantage (MA) market includes an increase in the number of beneficiaries covered by plans offering combined benefits up to a maximum amount—known as a combined benefit limit, or “combo” benefit. Using Milliman MACVAT®, a tool providing a comprehensive benefit summary of individual MA plans, we analyzed 2023 plans to determine the breadth of combo offerings available.
