Sudhanshu has broad international experience, with consulting services rendered to various clients in India, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Sudhanshu has led and contributed to several projects in healthcare costing and developing reimbursement mechanisms for private and mass health insurance schemes, including case rates or diagnosis-related groupers. He advises on effective planning, monitoring and evaluation of health insurance schemes, data standards and analytics, value-based payments, provider classification systems, provider profiling, and cost containment strategies.
Prior to joining Milliman, he gained four years of multi-specialty clinical experience as a Resident Doctor in ER, polyclinics, and medical/surgical inpatient care.
